Guide / Large enterprise
A division leadership team asked why their decision velocity had slowed despite significant investment in process improvement. The real question turned out to be structural: four layers of coordination existed to manage uncertainty that AI tooling had already reduced. The engagement produced a restructuring proposal — not a report. The first phase was implemented within six weeks.
Build / Proposition design
A proposition built from scratch alongside a founder team that had exited a previous company. The brief was open: build something that only makes sense now. The outcome was a service that operates on a team of three what a traditional provider would staff with twelve. Launched. Paying customers. Still running lean.
Know / Applied research
A board needed an accurate picture of AI capability to make a capital allocation decision — not a vendor pitch, not an analyst summary, but an honest account of what is possible now, what is realistic in eighteen months, and where the claims are still speculation. The research shaped the decision. The decision was made.
