Are you ready?

Not a checklist in the conventional sense. These are the signals that indicate an organisation is positioned for genuine engagement — not reassurance, not a framework, not an AI strategy deck.

Leadership is asking structural questions, not performance questions
Decision cycles feel like a liability rather than a safeguard
The organisation suspects its scale is producing drag more than advantage
There is willingness to stop doing work that only exists to coordinate other work
A small, decisive engagement is acceptable — broad participation is not required

Not the right fit if:

You need an AI strategy deck before naming a business constraint
Consensus and alignment are the required outputs
The work needs to be politically safe inside the institution
Governance is treated as proof of seriousness
